I always have the best intentions but do not have the determination to follow it threw. Well this year is going to be different. I am determined to conquer this issue, by eating less moving more and finally being health. It is going to mean a lot of change but i am going to do this.
Things I have done this year to help me achieve this
- I have already started walking 2nd daily, i am using map my run to track how it is going
- This year I signed up for the Cathy Zielske's eat less and move more class on big picture classes, in a way to document this process
- download a workout trainer for my phone
- wrote down in my diary which days i must exercise
I will be speaking more about Eat Less and Move More Class in the upcoming days, once I actually start to put my album together. However, this class has already been an uplifting experience for me. Reading what other people have to say, reminds me I am not alone in this journey.
